Each order is lovingly prepared by Catherina directly from our workshop located in Juziers (78), France. We inspect every product before shipment to guarantee perfect quality.

We process your order within 24 to 48 hours. Once shipped, expect 3 to 5 business days for Europe, 7 to 10 business days Internationally. You will receive a tracking number via email once the package is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, Muvia ships worldwide! Delivery times vary depending on your region (generally 7 to 10 days for international shipments). Shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout.

My package is delayed or lost, what should I do?

Don't panic. If your package doesn't arrive within the indicated timeframe, contact us directly. We handle all the steps with the carrier and find a quick solution (reshipment or refund).

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees at Muvia. The displayed price is the final price. Shipping costs are clearly shown before you confirm your order.

Can I change my mind? 

Absolutely. You have 30 days after receiving your item to return it if it doesn't meet your expectations. The item must be in its original condition (unused, with packaging).

What happens if Muvia makes a mistake?

If we sent the wrong model or the item arrives damaged: Muvia takes full responsibility. We will send you a prepaid return label and immediately ship you the correct product at no cost to you.
