Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, local courier capacity, and customs processing.
Please note that Muzavia is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, transportation disruptions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after shipment, depending on local courier processing.
Processing Time
Each Muzavia order is thoughtfully prepared before shipment.
For in-stock items, processing usually takes 3-7 business days.
Orders containing pre-order or restocking items may require additional preparation time. Please refer to the product page for specific availability details.
Once your order is ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Address Changes
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before the package is dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, address modifications may not always be possible and additional carrier fees may apply.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or being unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs incurred.
Returns & Refunds
If your order is not right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, we will make it right and cover the return solution required.
