1. The Boutique Experience
By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and that the information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders in the event of suspected fraud or inventory discrepancies. In such cases, a full refund is issued instantly.
2. Artistry & Display
We strive to display our pieces with absolute fidelity. However, as every screen is a different lens, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate. Each Muvia piece is a limited creative expression; descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice to reflect our current curation.
3. Transactions
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We use world-class, encrypted payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to ensure your financial integrity is never compromised. Muvia does not store your credit card details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
From our atelier to your silhouette, we choose our logistics partners with care. While we commit to prompt dispatch, delivery times are estimates provided by third-party carriers. Muvia is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services, but we will always assist you in tracking a "lost" journey.
5. Creative Integrity
The Muvia name, our logos, our imagery, and our specific "split-toe" narratives are our intellectual property. We invite you to share our world, but the reproduction or exploitation of our content for commercial purposes without a written note from me is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through a personal conversation with our team will be handled within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
