2. Standard Returns

Style is a personal journey. If a piece does not resonate with you as expected, we welcome your return within a 30-day window from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: To maintain the integrity of our collection, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original Muvia packaging with all tags attached.
  • Shipping: For "change of mind" returns, the return shipping is managed by the customer.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on personalized items, personal care goods, or gift cards. These pieces are considered final.
