1. Our Quality Promise
We strive for excellence in every shipment. However, if we miss the mark—sending the wrong size, color, or a defective piece—the responsibility is entirely ours.
- Our Guarantee: If the error is ours, Muvia handles all associated costs.
- Shipping: You will receive a complimentary, pre-paid return label.
- Your Choice: A full refund or a priority replacement, sent with our sincerest apologies.
2. Standard Returns
Style is a personal journey. If a piece does not resonate with you as expected, we welcome your return within a 30-day window from the date of delivery.
- Condition: To maintain the integrity of our collection, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original Muvia packaging with all tags attached.
- Shipping: For "change of mind" returns, the return shipping is managed by the customer.
3. How to Start a Note
To begin your return, please reach out to me personally. I handle every inquiry to ensure it meets our standards of care.

- For damaged items, a quick photograph is appreciated—it helps us maintain our quality codes.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on personalized items, personal care goods, or gift cards. These pieces are considered final.
